What is the return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened hair extensions cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Because extensions are personal-care items, all sales are final once a package is opened. Not sure which shade or method is right for you? Message us before you order and our Miami team will help you choose your perfect match.
When will I get my order?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days and typically arrive across the U.S. in about 3-5 business days. As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
How do I find my perfect shade?
All our extensions are 100% Remy human hair, available in 20+ shades from natural blacks and browns to blondes and balayage blends. Not sure which is yours? Send us a photo of your hair in natural daylight and our Miami specialists will recommend your closest match.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship across the United States with tracking. Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, so you'll always see the price before you pay. Keep an eye out for free-shipping promotions on larger orders.
