Yankas Hair Pro

At Yankas Hair Pro, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Hair must not be opened, unsealed, or altered in any way
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Must include original packaging

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair extensions cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used hair extensions
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon delivery

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
